Sierra House, Inc. is an organization located in East Orange, NJ that provides support to local homeless young women and their children. Sierra House was founded by Keely Freeman and Gregory Brown, who believe that community involvement is necessary in helping at-risk youth achieve self-sufficiency.

Currently, Sierra House has several programs to designed to educate, support, and guide the homeless and low-income members of our community. Some programs aim to rehabilitate homeless and abused youth by teaching them habits to live independently, while other programs engage the community by bringing together local businesses, schools, and volunteers to stabilize neighborhoods and mentor high school students. There are even individual support services for youth with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities.
